We accompany your house and property search from the initial orientation to the notary. We give tips and information and are at your side with words and deeds. We can help you find household or gardening help, a rental car, a language course, renting out your house, buying furniture or solving the little problems of the “new” daily life. We are still open to your questions and requests even if you have already moved into your new domicile.

We have a wide range of houses and properties, from rustic farmhouses - the finca - with vineyards, olive, orange or avocado trees, to charming village houses with roof gardens or courtyards, to luxurious, newly built country houses and villas. Almost all objects have a wonderful view of the Mediterranean.

Incidentally, the prices stated on our offer pages are final prices. You don't pay any further commissions or agency fees. In addition, there are only the local costs for entry in the land register, notary and the real estate transfer tax. These roughly correspond to the costs incurred in Germany when purchasing land. For a few (commercial) properties, the net price is indicated with the amount of the sales tax (IVA) to be paid.
